Had Dave that was supposed to do an amended return. Told me it would be done that day. Week goes by call him that Monday to check status and was told he would do it that day. Repeat same steps 5 weeks and finally had to pick up my paperwork today. Pathetic!!

Had my taxes done by the owner who goes by the name of Reggie and it was the worst experience of my life. He’s totally incompetent and doesn’t apparently know how to add numbers up correctly. My return was flagged by the revenue department and I didn’t get the refund he promised. He is a complete idiot!

I've gone with them for the past 4 years and have been consistently impressed with their work. Even while dealing with a persistent audit and complicated issues they were able to handle it without fuss, clearing up everything and saving me a boatload of money. I wouldn't go with anyone else!

I switched to RKB recently and was very happy with their review of my prior return and my tax preparation. They took the time to meet with me and answer my questions. All was completed timely and reasonably priced.
