Hagen CPA, LLC

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hagen CPA, LLC. Not only did they charge me for services that I did not authorize, but they also refused to provide a refund when I brought it to their attention. On top of that, they completed my tax return without having all the necessary documentation and did not provide any feedback throughout the process. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for proper procedures have left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy accounting firm.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ahead and call ahead today to see what documentation is needed. Come to find out they never booked me. I had also emailed the accountant beforehand and have not received any response either regarding documentation in the beginningof the week. Not a reliable location for appointment or communication. Office lacks commitment.

I have used Hagen several times over the years, and they have always given me the highest quality service and fair prices. They have gone above and beyond all expectations you would expect to have for your accountant. I even went back to them after deciding to file myself fully prepared to re-engage and pay their fee, and Nate pointed out my own simple error and gave me a free recommendation on how to fix it myself when another firm could have easily taken advantage of me. If you want the best, honest, ethical, fair, responsive, respectful accountants, call Hagen CPA.

This is the most professional group I have ever dealt with. But the most amazing thing about them is their ability to make u feel like family. After being in business for almost 20 years I've had a few accounting firms to deal with. I give these guys 20 stars out of 10
