John has really earned my trust and gratitude with the work he has done for our two businesses and personal bookkeeping. I usually do this task myself, but it is really emotionally overwhelming for me and I always fret over it.. every. single. day. Now that John is helping us, I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders. He has given us firm direction and guidance, while also being kind and mild-mannered. I recently tried working with a CPA in town, and he came off like a bully and made me cry LOL. Part of the reason why I trust John is that he is extremely diligent. He enters information from our receipts, but also cross-references our bank statements and credit card statements. There are so many times when receipts get lost, and then you don't get credit for true expenses that you incur for the business. I usually do my bookkeeping this way so I don't miss anything. I am relieved to know that with John all is well, and that of the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. You can trust John and his bookkeeping expertise. I owe him my peaceful state of mind :-)
