I have been a customer with Vickney and Associates since 1984. They handled the accounting for my West Bend Company and personal taxes. I moved to Green Bay in 1986 and took a new sales position which required travel. I turned over my travel log and monthly mileage, along with my business expenses with my yearly taxes and they handled everything promptly and accurately. I never worried about any mistakes preparing our taxes. They were always able to assist me in getting all of the required documentation assembled before sending it on to them. Michelle always is accessible when I call, and helps me with my preparations. I never feared a tax audit because they are so good at what they do. They always charged me a nominal amount and I am always pleased at our tax return.Mark

They all go above & beyond to make sure you know exactly what is going on with your account at all times & they stay ontop of anything that needs to be in by particular dates/times! I have been a customer for several years. I updated my address with them a few years ago which reflected on my taxes. I called and asked them to file an extension and was told they would. It turns out they didn't. It also turns out they sent a letter to my old address stating they were no longer going to be my CPA. Of course I never got that letter. Pretty terrible!

Lady who answered the phone was very rude and annoyed that I would call a few weeks before taxes are due. Tried to explain to her my husband just died and I had other things on my mind. She didnt seem to care. Very poor customer service.
