Paul has completely ghosted me. Hasn't even logged into my Quickbooks account to complete (or start my taxes). He told me on 3/11 he'd complete my taxes and now he hasn't responded to emails or calls. Unprofessional. I'm left with 4 days to file taxes and no help. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT!

Easy in and out tax prep. Takes care of my taxes as I wait. Usually done within an hour if I have my needed forms ready. Makes tax time easy. Thanks Paul.
