Out taxes were paid late because of a mistake she made. She tried blaming us and never apologized and couldn't have cared less. Worst experience ever !!

I’m super disappointed with this tax preparation. I expected to pay in, however I didn’t expect to get no phone calls with any questions, nor did I expect an utter lack of privacy while getting barely any explanation of why we had to pay in as much. I also didn’t receive any out of box ideas of how to adjust our pay out like IRA or CD accounts. I honestly felt talked down to by her as she insisted I was not claiming what I said I was (I called my HR dept and was reassured I was in fact claiming what I stated). We felt forced to use her as our original tax person of the last 24yrs transferred his clients. I have been in contact with another accountant who has already found several errors and we are moving forward with amendment as we speak. Save yourself $200 and go somewhere else!!!

First time trying a tax preparer and Kirsch Tax Service did an excellent job. Not only did the prepare our taxes with an extremely quick turn-around time, but they also checked my previous tax returns and found that I should amend some of them to get money back. Communicative, thorough, and quick; Not easy to balance and deliver the trifecta, but they absolutely did.
