Was really good at first. Then, he stopped communicating well during Covid. You could never have a real conversation. Everything was via email. This year, after being gone for the winter, I got a letter a month before tax time that he could no longer do my taxes. The problem is I was in Florida & didn’t see the letter until 2 weeks ago. Now, I can’t find anyone to help me because everyone else is busy with current clients. Guess I’ll be filing my own extension & winging it until I can find someone else. Don’t waste your time if you’re right-brained & need someone to understand that when working with you. I would hope most people understand that’s why you’re paying for a service (that you’re not good at yourself). I once got a weird letter from the IRS about a report that they said they lost. He told ME to call them….& I had absolutely no idea what it was or what to even say. And, since he doesn’t do conversations to explain things I was totally lost. All this to say….SERVICES NOT RECOMMENDED.

Where's the freaking customer service? Nowhere to be find near this business! Don't waste your time here, take your business to someone that actually wants to keep customers around. Shame on you for treating me so poorly!

We have had Greg Solfest doing our taxes for close to 30 years, may be more than that too. As a client of Greg's, it is really nice to have his advice on tax matters that pop ur throughout the year. I am never afraid to call him with tax questions on financial planning.My financial advisor has told my he does an excellent job. Greg is always professional and thorough. I have never had any problems with my taxes.

My wife and I just switched to Solfest Accounting this year (2017) after H and R block kept over charging us and not standing behind there peace of mind. My wife and I travel all over the states for my job and we couldn't be happier with the job that Greg had done. He was very patient with us and explained everything he done in great detail. He also helped us out by giving us pointers for what to do for next year. If you are looking for someone that will do an amazing job and do it right... this is the place to go. He is very reasonably priced as well..... (2021) I can not say thank you enough to Greg Solfest, he has been doing our taxes now for a few years and he is always been so kind to my wife and me. He always makes sure that our taxes are done correctly so we know we don’t have to worry about the it’s. This year was all new to my wife and I as we started our own business. Greg made sure to help us out with all of our paperwork and he explained what we could/couldn’t do. He is amazing. I can not say enough good things about Solfest Accounting. I highly recommend Solfest Accounting.

We have been going with Greg for years and can honestly say there is no one that is nicer or more efficient. Way to go Greg. You have earned an excellent review!!!!
