I have had my taxes done here for almost 20 years, which is hard to believe! I send all my friends who ever gripe about tax season to them, as I look forward to going and being taken care of every year. Fair prices, great people, fast and personal experience. We even laugh. Its thats good.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Beckett. It was my first time going there. Just transferring the paperwork over from my old CPA was a real production and there was minimal communication if they got the paperwork or not. When I arrived, I waited 45 minutes to be seen.....20 minutes past my appointment time. As the lady (who I was assigned too to my tax return) came in, she called my name and then turned and walked away. No "hi, nice to meet you" or anything of the sort. She just walked away to her office, which I guess I was to follow her....which I did. She did not introduce herself, or say anything. She just sat at her desk, and started typing. I had questions that I asked and was given one word answers, no explanation or just very short....very impersonal and robotic. I I left really pissed and frustrated. I had follow up questions a few days later which I got short answers too. The whole experience felt like I was just a number and she did not care about me or even seem remotely interested in listening or working to me. I will NOT be going back and disappointed to say the least! I will give the benefit of the doubt that this person may not represent the entire group but she sure did not leave a positive impression over the time I worked with Beckett. I will not be referring clients or anyone to Beckett CPAs.
