Been using their services for the past Four years with no problem but, this year completed taxes and had them e-filed and they sent my refund to some unknown account. When I confronted them, they blamed it all on my wife and I because we signed the return and did not verify the information. Maybe I should have reviewed the documents, but I guess I just assumed they knew what they doing since I have been their customer for four years. I have no idea whose account number and routing number they had used in error. I do know they were of no help at all and did not accept any responsability for the error. They basically sent us to the bank the refund was sent to for us to figure out on our own. Will never go back after this experience.
