Diana was very friendly and efficient. I have done my taxes with Liberty Tax online service for years and have always been satisfied. When that failed this year due to technical issues. Diana at the local office in Morgantown WV was able to help me and get my taxes submitted on time. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Kathy has been doing my taxes since started doing taxes in college at WVU. Her knowledge, friendliness, patience, and persistence in helping me get the best tax returns possible is why after moving to four different states since college, I am still using Kathy and not finding anyone else! She also takes the time to explain any questions I have and is not just about getting it done but helping me grow, learn, and understand what is happening as well so that I am well informed of my own portfolio. She is also SUPER FAST. Highly recommend her for anyone.

Nezar did a great job. Friendly and professional. Felt like my business was important unlike H&R Block last year who made me feel like a number. Meagan looked over last years return done by H&R Block Heads and found something they missed and got me more money back. Highly recommend Liberty tax.
