Truly frustrating experience with Alegria. We have had to email and call dozens of times over the past few months to get any kind of answers as to what is going on with our returns. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive, we still have no idea what is going with our returns. Avoid at all costs.

I've had my previous 5 years worth of tax returns done here. And I have to say that I am absolutely frustrated that I had to repeatedly call and email to get a reply if my taxes were going to be done yet. I finally get a call from Brian's assistant who informs me that they're 2 months behind and that mine is in the queue. It would have been great to have known it was being worked on when I sent an email 3 weeks ago and be told that it was going to take about 3 months at that point. I could've looked for another firm. Not only was she super unprofessional she didn't really care that I said they would lose a client they've had for 5 years. Now I'm stuck. Stay faaaaaarrrrrrrrrrr away from this place.

Stay away from this place, they took 1 year to do my taxes and still charged me 750.00.

Alegria & Company has been our firm's (and my personal) accounting professionals for years now. I have had an exceedingly good experience with them and referred them out many times. Even as a Seattle-based company, it has been absolutely worth it to work with Alegria though they are based in central Washington. They are responsive, expert, and empathetic and working with Brian Newhouse, in particular, has been a pleasure.
