We got dropped from their client list as well. Started with Holmchick and Smith and they did our taxes for 12 years. They were wonderful to work with. Then Larson took over, did our taxes last year and dropped us via letter. Like previous poster said, probably too small for them to deal with.

My wife and I just got dropped from their client list. They either don't do tax preparation anymore, or we were just too small potatoes for them.
