Poor communication. We met with our accountant well before the filling deadline. Right before April 15th, he asked to file an extension and estimated how much we owed and asked us to pay the IRS (which ended up being $1200 more than we actually owed). Zero communication for months despite calling the office multiple times. Finally heard back right before the extension deadline that we had actually over paid. Got the bill from the office which was 3x what friends and family have paid with similar services. I would recommend going elsewhere.

If you know what's good for you, you'll stay away from this outfit. They did my 2016 taxes and for the first time in my 50+ year life, I got audited. Took them the audit notice and was told no problem. It would be taken care of. Well, they just made it worse. Then charged me $1000 for the "audit assistance".

They messed up my dad's tax return, didn't fix anything they messed up when my dad was audited. Now my dad owes a bunch of Money to irs, and to them because they don't insure that they will do your taxes correctly. Be careful

We started working with Cordell and Neher about 8 years ago and we will continue to use their services. I feel confident with our tax records if we were ever to be audited. I am so appreciative how quickly our accountant responds to questions about things like selling our house, having a baby, etc. The communication, knowledge and skills are worth every penny and I have found CNC to be less expensive than many competitors in the area.
