Super disappointing. I found this place when my friend, a Vancouver small business owner was looking for a bookkeeper. The 5 star reviews were enticing. I finally convinced him to call these people. Someone took his name and number and promised a call back. No call was ever received. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I’m embarrassed that I worked for 3 months to get him to reach out then he gets nothing. I can’t imagine what legitimate business would ignore a potential customer this way. If they were too busy to talk to him they should have been honest and said so. Do better please if you want a good business reputation.

For whatever reason finding a reliable bookkeeper has been one of the biggest hurdles we've encountered in starting our design studio. We had two bookkeepers prior to My Business Partner—and we were not happy with either one. Working with Sharon and Brad, however, has been amazing! We now have a much clearer picture or where we are at any given time financially, which makes managing our studio day-to-day that much easier. We would recommend My Business Partner very highly to other businesses that are looking for reliable, dependable bookkeeping services.
