Disappointing experience. The return was completed 7 weeks later than promised. I had questions about some business experiences it being deducted and the receptionist had no clue how to answer my questions. After showing my completed tax return to another tax professional it turns out several defections were missed and my refund could have been much bigger.

Excellent service. I went somewhere else for 2019 tax filing and my tax return seemed extremely low. so I went back to Martinez Tax services to have them check it out. Martinez TS got me triple the amount of tax return than the other place. I will never go anywhere else.
