Terrible customer service,terrible communication,never answers phone or text or email ,he hold my tax until tax year ended on October and he never responds to do it , I have to go somewhere else to get my tax done

Poor customer service, you’ll get your calls ignored, I highly don’t recommend if you’re looking to get anything done.
