I made an appointment two weeks ago to get my taxes done here and I arrived for my appointment 10mins early and the person I had my appointment with left me to wait 40mins in their lobby and was on a conference call about an employee issue. I left and am taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional! Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Rosa is by far the most intelligent, helpful, kind and caring tax professional out there. She's an enrolled agent so there's really not a tax issue that she can't help you with.
