The worst experience. Blatant mistakes this year which would have cost us $15,000 if we submitted their garbage. We tried to work with them, pointing out errors but they were non-responive. Went to a different accountant to fix. She could not believe how bad it was. Furthermore, they were arrogant, with horrible communication. We provided all info in Feb, and they filed late, all on them, which is going to cost us. I'm leaving a review because Cliff charges clients full CPA amount even though he has stepped away and has data entry people filling in who have no clue. He should be sued.

UPDATE - I went to their office first thing and did get some answers from an accountant who is under contract to get through some of Cliff's backlog. He had our tax return completed by end of day. We will still proceed with a new tax professional moving forward. ORIGINAL - We have used Cliff for several years with a great experience. This year has been a 360 degree change. I haven’t heard anything since my call with Cliff back in March. I called yesterday and they wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else, couldn’t tell me when my taxes would be ready and when I said that I wouldn’t pay for extensions or penalties, this person said I would need to talk to Cliff about it. BUT they wouldn’t let me talk to him. I’m heading down there today and will sit there until I get answers. This is extremely disappointing.

I am very sorry to leave negative review, but I am very unhappy with the experience. 6 weeks we haven’t heard anything back after provided all our documentations and tax date was approaching. When we decided to get our documents back to do our taxes ourselves, there were no expressions of regret, but a sarcastic comment “good luck”.

I left my old accounting firm because they were over priced and not helpful at times. I researched Cliff and interviewed him and decided to give him a try. I have been extremely happy with the detail of tax prep for my personal and business taxes, and all for a good price. I have referred at least a dozen people to him and they have all reported good things as well and are still with Cliff. Thanks Cliff.

I highly recommend Cliff and Robin for your tax and accounting needs. Cliff is always quick to respond to my questions regarding various tax issues whether personal or business related. He has guided us through a small business and the transitions that followed. Service has always been efficient and reliable and they are especially friendly and great to work with!
