My initial consultation with Khaled at tl;dr Accounting was a complete letdown. Despite a confirmed appointment, they were a no-show. This lack of professionalism and respect for my time is concerning. How can they be trusted with financial matters if they can't honor a simple commitment? I'd advise avoiding this company if you expect reliability and professionalism.

A gem of an accounting firm. I liked how quickly they responded to my initial interest for our small business (despite being in the midst of tax season), and they took care of my accounting issues immediately and with great professionalism. Definitely recommend!

I've been with TL;DR for 5y (2018 to 2023). Until this last year, I was satisfied with their service -- they were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. Last year however, there was a tax discrepancy that would have cost me thousands of dollars, had I not noticed it myself. When I spoke with them, they did nothing to make it right (except describe potential ways they may improve in the future). This negative experience coupled with constant price increases with no additional services provided made me reconsider my choice to work with this firm.

I have been with TLDR for 5 years and was having a wonderful experience with them. I trusted them fully. Unfortunately, this year they have had multiple factors that have affected their business. After trying to be understanding of their complete lack of response to emails and follow ups from meetings they have now dropped the ball on getting my business set up for 2024. I am sad and disappointed but after months of giving them the benefit of the doubt and multiple follow emails (Oh and $250/month for no services) I cannot recommend them to anyone anymore.

Our group behavioral health therapy practice has grown to the point where we no longer had the resources or time to devote to preparing the required business tax returns in-house. I'm a CPA and so I'm very selective about who I trust to perform any type of accounting or financial service for my wife's company. After doing some extensive research I recommended we go with TL;DR and have been extremely pleased with the results. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They also have a very organized approach to identifying and collecting the data they needed from us to complete the business return which made the process very easy and efficient for us to do our part. We felt so comfortable with working with them that we also had them complete our personal tax return as well. I would highly recommend their services.

Wow. Just wow. I cannot say enough good things about TL;DR Accounting -- this was the first year that my business taxes took less time than my individual, that I was sure I had paid the correct estimated taxes to the IRS, and that I approached the whole endeavor with confidence, clarity, and calm. A colleague of mine once described this place as financial therapy for your therapy practice. Do your your family of origin issues include a taboo about discussing money issues? Would you like to increase your sense of efficacy in financial acumen? Did you know theres an accountancy firm that therapists actually buzz about in consult groups? Do yourself a favor and hire TL;DR.

I love TL;DR! They are kind, responsive and great with helping business owners like me figure out their taxes. I couldnt do my work without them! Plus the do my personal taxes as well! Having everything in one place makes life easier. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
