Our company has used Cascade for several years and I have personally been working with Justin for the past two years. Justin is incredible! Whenever I email questions, Justin responds promptly, typically within less than an hour! Even when processing payroll, it is done within a few hours or less. It often feels like we are Justin's only client as he is very attentive to all of his clients, and you can tell he truly cares about taking care of all of us! We appreciate how easy Cascade and Justin make payroll for our company. We would recommend Cascade to anyone!

Working with a payroll company riddled with communication and management issues is what led us to Cascade Payroll. Best decision we made! Justin and his team are so pleasant to work with, efficient, and detailed. Couldnt recommend a better company to go with - you will not regret it!

Justin is an absolute expert in this field. Not only did he save me over $600 per month in payroll expenses, his estimates and math were spot on. This helped me build even more confidence in working with them as they are just so dialed in with how the State of WA taxes employers, employees and has solutions on ways to save. Def recommend them for any size business.

I have been a proud client of Cascade Payroll since 2022, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their outstanding service. From day one, they efficiently took over my small business's payroll accounts and swiftly resolved the mess left by a previous online payroll service that failed miserably. Cascade Payroll's team is a true gem, displaying unparalleled professionalism and dedication. They ensure that every payroll process runs seamlessly, giving me peace of mind to focus on growing my business. Their customer support is top-notch, always prompt and responsive to any queries or concerns I may have. Since partnering with Cascade Payroll, my business has experienced a positive transformation. With their exceptional services, I no longer worry about payroll-related issues, allowing me to concentrate on what matters most. I wholeheartedly recommend Cascade Payroll to any business seeking reliable, efficient, and trustworthy payroll solutions. They truly are the best I have found!
