If I could rate this place less than one star I would. My wife and I was referred to the tax professional who's at this location by one of her co-workers unfortunately. If you're looking for a tax professional that will NOT call you back or return any of your multiple emails, you've chosen the right place. The agent we dealt with is so unprofessional I feel sorry for this business. She gave us a deadline that she herself set, then a week past that deadline after MULTIPLE attempts to contact her I finally resorted to letting the receptionist know that I'd be coming in to gather my stuff and take it to an actual professional. I have a lawyer waiting on my taxes so I needed them to submit to the lawyer asap. That got the agent to finally call us and her excuse for never emailing back or calling back was that she was sick for a few days. This was a week past her own deadline and she's using the I was sick excuse for her horrible business practices... I unfortunately left her in charge of my taxes because like I said earlier, my Lawyer was waiting for them. After she filed them I requested a digital copy of the tax returns because she has a pdf version she could just send over. After days of multiple emails once again, her answer was "Our office doesn't usually provide digital copies, best regards" What an absolute joke this woman is! If you're looking for a tax agent that will not honor her own word, and never call you back, or take weeks to email you back, you can find her in this office. Her actions are nothing short of disgusting, I'd never refer anyone to this business because of how atrocious her business ethics are... I paid this woman to ignore me and waste my time! Now I'm going to either have to scan the documents I got back or go back and forth with this joke of a professional when it would have been one mouse click to attach my tax pdf to the ridiculous email she sent me... We had everything put together for this lady too! We didn't have a difficult filing, we had all our receipts organized and put into the correct categories and all she had to do was put them into the computer. So her actions just baffle me honestly...
