I do not like to give negative reviews but I believe that Kedric of American Tax Consultants deserves this one star rating from me. I will never use this company for my taxes. I do not feel they are reliable or trustworthy and able to do my taxes correctly and in a timely fashion. I met with Kedric in February with all my tax information. I emailed twice in March asking for an update and never received any communication from him. I finally had to send him a certified letter asking for my tax documents to be returned as I no longer had any confidence in him. When I arrived, I still had to wait even though he had received my certified letter 5 days earlier. He did cash my check for $500 even though to my knowledge he did not do any work for me. I asked for a refund and as of today have not received anything. I'll keep you posted if I receive a refund. 5/10/24 In February, I gave ATC a check for $500. They cashed it right away and have not done any work to deserve it. I asked for a refund and today I received a check from ATC for $500.

Never once mentioned a charge. Made me believe I could file my taxes for free then took all of them to cover their fees. 1100 in tax returns 800 dollars in fees

Wow!! 5 stars doesnt give enough credit. It's nice to have someone who takes the time to understand individual situations and be so caring in the process. We never felt like a number or just an appointment. Our taxes are unique and having Kedrich take the reins gave my family such relief. Kedrich reviewed our yearly taxes with meticulous precision but also took the time to advise us where we can make adjustments to support our family and goals. The office is clean with a friendly atmosphere as well as relaxed and inviting. The staff was outgoing and friendly and very professional. Being a care taker of a family member with special needs; having someone like Kedrich and American Tax Consultants in Pasco makes all the difference. It gives us the peace of mind of not worrying about our taxes. Our focus can be on our family right where it should be. Thank you Kedrich and American Tax Consultants!

These MF took 1400 from my taxes just to file my taxes first of all they didn't tell me they was going to even take that amount I'm beyond pissed off 🤬 I have kids and I'm a single mother y'all trying to take majority of the money I would never file with them ever again but thanks a lot for people like you all so I can know what to look for. They unprofessional every time I was calling to check on my taxes one of the guys kept saying hello like it was his personal phone he never announced the company he was working for and then stated his name it was always hello just unprofessional I would never anybody who's thinking about filing taxes with them please I beg you look the other way you will be overcharged
