Karen was responsive and knew what she was doing with one exception. I informed her early on that I am not at all computer savvy. This is important because I was working in a different state. Everything was going to need to be online! She had me literally spending weeks uploading docs! Then indicated the process should only have taken a few hrs! After spending weeks on the docs, she informed me she could significantly reduce my time expenditure on this project!....not sure why I had to put in all that time in the first place?!...

We found Karen after we realized our taxes were more complicated than we could do ourselves. She's been a huge help in making sure we are doing everything right.
