My issue is with this company. It's July 5th, and I was calling around to figure out where I can file. I called the number for Liberty Tax, and the operator assured me they would be open until 4. It's 130, and I wasted an hour on a nice day to find out she was wrong. The regional director reached out to make contact, and due to my own ineptitude, I can't find that message to see how well they do on taxes. I still don't appreciate wasting an afternoon, but I do appreciate the effort.
