They dont seem to know how to answer phone messages.. Because of this they refused to do my taxes when I arrived with all my paperwork. They told me I was abusive. They never spoke to me on the phone to allow me to be abusive. Well needless to say my taxes were late that year, couldn't find a new accountant in time. I think these people are incompetent and way too emotional. By the way, there was not any indication of any kind that our relationship after almost 22 years was bad.

My husband and I have been having our taxes done here for the past 14 years. My husband used their firm for many years prior to that as well. Never again. This year was awful. We dropped of our tax documents mid-February. We forgot to include information about a vehicle purchase and called them and then emailed them the documentation early March. There was no response from the email sent indicating receipt of the information. We had not heard anything from them so, made our first call for status early April. We were informed that due to the changes by the government and because they were short staffed, ours was not completed but we were in line. Turned out "in line" meant that they completed our tax preparation on 5/10 - just one week prior to the deadline. For the past 5-6 years, as a courtesy and included in our payment for services, they have filed one of our kids taxes as well. Mind you this was e-filing a 1040ez form. This was much appreciated. We did the same this year but, we were in for quite a shock. When our daughter went to sign and pick up her tax information, they charged her $150. She called me in tears as they required payment in order for them to file her taxes. At no time did they tell us there would be a charge to file our daughter's taxes. Our daughter did not sign any contract with them. They made no mention of any fees to file her taxes in the multiple calls to their office or when we signed and picked up our taxes. I called their office immediately and was told "she's an adult, she has to pay like everyone else". She was still living at home at the time and had just turned 21. The receptionist also made an issue of the fact that they had to be there on a Saturday for our daughter - so the fact that our taxes were done at the last minute and our daughter works full time and was unable to be there any other day was somehow our fault. During the call I asked why we were not informed there would be a charge for her tax preparation, no answer. I advised that our daughter had not signed any contract with them, no answer, no response. The receptionist indicated she would talk with the manager and have someone get back to me. It is now June 9th and we have not heard anything from them.

They provide the services they advertise! Taxes are always professional done. They looked over our prior year and got some more money back.

Terrible service. They pretend but dont follow through then charge you. Late on services and make things inconvenient. Disappointed and will never go back.
