At the time of service, it was a good experience. Then....everything went down hill. My taxes were very simple however, mistakes were made and in the end it took 4 months to get my refund and it was alot less than it was supposed to be. I spent countless hours on days off and on lunch breaks trying to sort this all out. I will not go back or recommend this business. I asked for a the owner to refund my money but, he refused.
