We were walking across the street and the inflatable guy flipped us off. I believe this is very disrespectful and he should be fired for it!!!!
Very bad experience
Staff was friendly but after charging more than triple the fee of my last preparation service (though to her credit, the local agent did try to reduce the fee charged which her supervisor declined) AND finding that I owed money (rather than was overpaid as found by the relevant tax service), I'll not use Liberty again in the future. I find it worrisome that a tax preparation service isn't knowledgeable enough to determine accurately taxes owed and/or overpaid. (Date of service 17 April 2018.)
