Surprised every yr how much the price to have my taxes done. They dont tell you until you go to the office to pick up your papers then the tell you its more than you were told. For a simple tax form its way too expensive.

To those considering Mr. Wayne to file your taxes: beware. He was quite responsive while securing our business but is now unreachable after misfiling our taxes. Mr. Wayne submitted the wrong documents for state tax and submitted inaccurate information to the Oregon DOR which prevented my family from receiving our state tax return. While we know that everyone makes mistakes, his apathetic response to his mistake is unacceptable. Mr. Wayne has most definitely lost our business and I would not recommend him to anyone based on his childish response and apparent lack of interest in customer retention.

Wayne Rivers has helped me for multiple years after I couldn’t find a CPA to file and complete my taxes on time, before this I had a CPA filing extensions without my consent and waiting until nearly August to finish my taxes. I am out of state and yet Wayne has taken me on and is efficient and gets things done in a timely manner. Thank you!

I went in to get my taxes prepared not a counseling session. That is why I give them 4 stars and not 5. My taxes were prepared adequately and it did not cost me as much as many CPAs charge.
