Laura is a fantastic CPA to work with! For my particular situation, I have a considerable amount of share options I was given via my employer that I wanted to sell on a secondary market. If you've never done one of those, they can be very tricky and finding a CPA who is confident in assessing these situations is incredibly difficult. Not only was Laura confident she could help, she was actually excited by the challenge of my situation. That's how you know you've found someone who loves what they do. She was very patient and answered tons of questions, even before jumping to charging me for her time.
