Just had the worst experience here. I’m a local business owner looking for a new accountant and tax representative. I got referred here by 2 people that have been coming here for years. I walked in to book a consultation appointment and was rudely dismissed and asked to leave by the front desk person. Her answer to me was google whatever I need to know because she is too busy to book my consultation. I called after leaving and asked to speak to a manager she answered, refused to transfer me to anybody and told me to stop calling there. I would never do business here and from the way that I was treated, I’ll make sure the two people that referred me. They are aware and they will probably move their business elsewhere as well.

I run my own construction company and having Bob of my accountant is a saving grace for me. Bob is very very educated on his tax services and knows how to save you money. He’s very professional and by the book which very important to me. You won’t find better pricing for such good value compared to anywhere else. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with RMCI Tax services.

funny how my review from 2012 is no longer here. glad i kept a copy. sad to see they are still in business. here's the review. had the WORST Cust Svce experience with RMCI Tax Services in VA. For 4-6 years we did not have a problem but last year we did. They missed several things and when the IRS contacted us their basic response was we don't want to hear your concern, we don't need your business..so, after providing them with choice words we stopped using them. have used another local business for the last 11 years.

We came to RMCI over 10 years ago because my husband had made a mistake on taxes and it cost us additional funds. We found Bob and love his flat fee that is up front and known, I have worked with other tax companies that lure you in with one price but by the end costs you hundreds more! We even had an audit issue this past year and Bob was able to find the issue and took care of the IRS paperwork to get it cleared up! We recommend his business to everyone!

The manager is very rude and not polite at all. Deserve 0 star. Not sure how they do business.
