After previous problems with quarterly taxes being set up right, I had to call them and found out the wrong bank account # was filed for direct deduction of taxes. Thought we got it straightened out. Again I get a notice for the next quarterly payment, no such account....... Try to call and leave a message and with no luck... i dont have a pin # just to leave a message....Hard to get a hold of them ! I am very disappointed. I'm questioning if everything is alright with this business. Update: After relaying my disappointment in person, I was assured there was a mistake made and it would be corrected. It was and that's all I wanted. Thank you.

Well, for starters from the first phone call to this establishment a very sweet woman named Tammy answered my call and very patiently and professionally answered my questions. Then upon my whole experience with everyone I dealt with was all consistently the same EXCELLENT!!!! From owner to receptionist, I was treated wonderful and everything was done in a timely manner!!! I would highly recommend this business to anyone. That means alot when you're putting your financial well being in someone else's hands. Good job guys!

I have had my taxes done by this local service for about 4-5 years. Their fees are really reasonable, and staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’ll be continuing to come back every year for my taxes. Special thanks to Tammy for going above and beyond.

I have had a very disturbing experience at this place of business. I am an upper bracket business person (of my own making). I was simply seeking a reasonable and reliable tax service in Winchester. I did my research and made calls in AUGUST of 2022. I spoke directly to the owner of this business who came across as knowledgeable and sincere. I asked for a light review of last years returns before I made a commitment to their services. They would not accept an electronic version of my returns, so I provided the original return in early OCTOBER. I followed up with a phone call SIX times to see if they had taken a look at my returns and the particular schedules filed etc.. Each time I was assured by the secretary that my message would be delivered and that Valerie would be back in touch with me that day or the following day. Now, in MARCH, 5 months later with still no response, I called again, and was now told that “Tony” was going to do my taxes, and that he now had my last year’s returns. What??? He was now the one who would look over my returns and get back to me the following day. Talk about being brushed aside! Of course, he didn’t get back to me either … ! Additionally, Valerie was going to get me set up with a new business license, and send me the papers to fill it out in December or January. This also never happened. So, then, I went back in person to collect my last year’s returns. I heard a long list of personal issues as excuses. I responded with my own list of personal challenges, and the fact that during my extreme life challenges I never missed a day of work. And let’s face it, given 5 months to make a 10 or 15 minute filing review to gain a potentially lucrative client is an easy task to perform. They just didn’t bother to do it. They did not have time for my business. This is the epitome of incompetence and poor business management— and I am being VERY nice… . Steer clear of this business. I would not trust them to complete anything in a timely fashion. As I left their office I held up my neatly packaged last year’s returns snd said, “Never opened.” I could tell that the seal had not been broken… They just can’t seem to get the work done!!!
