There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how thankful I am for finding Ingenium to manage my small business bookkeeping. Solopreneurs have a lot of hats to wear and they aren’t optional, and often not in my areas of expertise (or even novice skill level). Keeping the books straight and sales taxes paid correctly and on time is a great stressor for me, or was before John and Lynn at Ingenium took over what I needed help with and made it an actual pleasure to accomplish. This level of customer service and expertise has become so rare despite the immense effect and importance it has on clients. I very highly recommend Ingenium for any accounting/bookkeeping requirements.

As a professional real estate investor and broker, Ingenium has elevated my profitability by streamlining all my bookkeeping, allowing me to focus on sales and running my business. Additionally, their responsiveness gives me the confidence they're prioritizing my accounts and providing real time data. Definitely recommend them to other business owners and real estate investors!

I have had an excellent experience working with Jonathan and Ingenium Business & Consulting Services. They are consistently responsive, professional, and friendly. They were especially helpful when our non-profit organization was going through a leadership transition. I have and would continue to recommend them to others.

Ingenium Business & Consulting Services is top notch! As a first-time, small business owner, I have many questions and concerns, and I'm not always sure who to turn to for help. Meeting with Jonathan and Jake was an invaluable experience. They answered all of my questions about my finances and taxes as well as gave me excellent advice regarding marketing strategies and my website. Jake took the time to send me 3 different options for help with my website, and Jonathan even introduced me to some local connections in my field. I highly recommend Ingenium for business owners in the area who need advice or are looking to grow.

I have used Ingenium for a few years as our bookkeeping service but recently signed up for a series of marketing strategy sessions. Rebecca and Courtney have a great, systematic process to help you develop, build-out, and implement your core marketing message. The process was smooth and very productive. Lots of resources after the fact to continue to refer back to when I need them. I highly recommend this process if you are looking for a comprehensive messaging campaign for your business, organization, non-profit or brand. Also highly recommend doing business in general with Jonathan, Rebecca, Courtney and the entire team at Ingenium! It is well worth contacting them to see how they could help your business.

The team at Ingenium helped me get my business off the ground and was always there to answer my questions and take care of my needs as we grew. They're responsive, professional, thoughtful, friendly and I know I can trust them to not just do the calculations, but to think of me and my business and the bigger picture. Terrific and highly-recommended!

If you are looking for a great marketing company, I could not recommend Ingenium higher! I have been working with them most of this year and they are a joy to work with. They took the time to understand my specific business, the constraints on it, and then produced a beautiful website and have helped me in every facet they could. They are a phenomenal company, with knowledgeable people throughout. Highly recommend!
