been working with them for years, but over the last couple of years service was drastically worse. Horrible customer service offering almost no communication and little knowledge of how to problem solve. Asked for a call back on an issue and was never gotten back to, poor service.

My Mom passed away earlier this year and I needed to close out both her personal taxes and taxes for the estate. Sherea was amazing to work with. She made the process a breeze and really reduced an otherwise stressful situation.

My husband and I had a relatively complicated tax year (at least we thought so) with several new life events so we went to Shen Valley Tax and Bookkeeping and they were INCREDIBLE! I moved my business to the valley recently and was in need of a new accountant. I called Shen Valley Tax to help me file my taxes and the owner, Sherea, helped me out. She is prompt, courteous and overall very professional. You can tell she has a lot of experience and loves what she does.
