Had the pleasure of working with Jonathan M. & Tricia S. for my taxes as well as my parents’. Apparently, we’ve been mistakenly missing out on key deductions for years. Cannot recommend. Worked our taxes for 3 years. Never proactive nor supportive of our complicated tax situation. Bare minimum services, charging additional for any other time or service. Fine to pay more for service, but they cannot even recognize to notice and notify their clients of upcoming tax dangers. Instead, they failed to take any time understanding our tax situation, let alone notify us of severe tax implications with regard to major life changes (i.e. military retirement and new employment). Ended up owing significant amounts all 3 years we were with them. You have been warned...

Been using for about 15 years. Honestly, the service has only continued to get worse even though they increased my monthly investment by 58% 3 months ago. I just think that the more they have expanded, The less control they have and the less service or bang for your buck! I have been asking about this for a couple of years now. But not getting any better!

My mother has been with this company for 5 years and with out any warning they up their rates over 250.00 dollars besides keeping my 90 year old mother waiting for 2 hours and gave a bogus answer as to why they up the bill she paid the money and left. Just take warning stay away from this company.

Not sure why this place gets any good reviews, we had an absolutely terrible experience! They never answer phones and do not abide by any consistent working hours for you to stop by (ignore the hours of operation listed here, they are never in the building during those). We got our tax documents and information to them this year weeks in advance of the tax deadline but they left us hanging and answered no phone calls/voicemails until someone there finally told us (weeks after the tax deadline) that they filed for an extension on our behalf (not sure why if everything was on time from us...). Then we didnt hear from them for another several weeks and, despite multiple phone calls and attempted in-person stop-bys, no one would speak to us. They finally emailed some paperwork to us on a Friday afternoon (right before leaving the building for the weekend at 2pm and not answering the phones) saying we owe thousands of dollars in taxes and now-- because of THEIR lateness-- we owe late fees and are past due on taxes with the IRS! This is extremely unprofessional and just all around awful experience. You are better off going to H&R Block or doing the taxes yourself. They assign you a certain accountant and makes it seem like you will be taken care of, but we learned in our repeated attempts to reach them that the accountant doesnt actually take care of your taxes and they are actually done by a collection or random, lower-level assistants. You will be treated like a number rather than a person and that is something you could get literally anywhere else. Not worth the hundreds of dollars they charge for preparation-- not at all! We absolutely DO NOT recommend this company.
