Terrible! Filed my state taxes to the wrong checking account number, someone else was “given” my tax refund. Pimm said they refiled again, but my money was already gone. They took no accountability, I paid them the $250 fee for their service AND I was out my state refund. My next step is small claims court

They do great on the federal tax information but not for military with other state taxes. For the second year in a row they did not submit my Virginia state tax refund and now that it is outside of the tax session they will not return phone calls despite 3 weeks of calling.

I waited until last minute to file. But they took me in as a new client anyway. They responded quickly, very helpful and patient with me. I had special circumstances and they were excellent in everything. The price was very reasonable. I thought I would owe but somehow I did not. Thanks again Wesley! What a refreshing tax filing experience - yes, sounds like an oxymoron. Although my taxes were a bit complicated this year, Paul made the whole thing painless (well, I still had to pay, so there was a little pain), but hes the consummate professional and I will trust him again and again.
