I have used a number of CPAs over the years. This was by far my worst experience of all that I have used. When I called to get a previous year's copy of my taxes they charged me $20 just to send an electronic copy. I have never had a CPA charge me to send a copy of my taxes. I think that is very unprofessional and an example of nickel and diming clients. I will not be back and would recommend you look elsewhere.

Doug, Vickie, Madison along with all the support staff, they are exceptional and professional . Superb customer service. Always willing to answer questions and patient with non accounting people. Very knowledgeable in their field. Our go to place for opening a business, payroll, accounting and tax preparation. Over 18+ years with them and they always do an Exceptional job in timely manner. Highly Recommend to All!

I have gone to Sareen & Associates year after year and always ask for Vickie Wilkins to do my taxes. Vickie goes out of her way to help me, answers all questions, even after my taxes are done I can call during the middle of the year and ask more questions about what I should do about my girls working and how is that going to affect my taxes or any other crazy questions I come up with.Sareen & Associates and everyone in the office are really good people and always available to help. Very difficult people to work with. I gave them a call asking for a question and go rerouted the a CPA named Cindy. She seemed like she just wanted to get the call over with and was not willing to help me. DO NOT go to them!!

2018 taxes done by them. Called me to pick them up a few days before 4/15, they were done. I picked them up, and at 3:00 on 4/15, after I mailed my taxes, they say tgey did them wrong. Omg??? They now will have to do them again? Charge me $470 to do my taxes. This is the 3rd year that they have done them wrong. I always have to pay more months after taxes are sent in. Dont recommend this group.
