First, let me say that I rarely write a review against a company. I just could not stand by without sharing my experience with this firm. A friend and colleague referred the company to me as I had some discrepancies in some of my reports. Next thing you know I am sending over 5 years of data and thousands of dollars for them to go through and review against existing quickbooks entries. Months go by and of course more payments to the firm. I did not receive any reports and the progress updates indicated we are still sorting day. After 3 months, they indicated they would only like to look at the last 2 years. I said Okay, my question is what have you been doing the over months for the dollars you had billed? Ultimately, I just had to move to another company to get the reporting I needed and the resolutions to my original questions. My takeaway here. Read the reviews and then interview the company and obtain in writing the timeline to complete the project you are planning to turn over to them. Had I read these reviews and others out on the forums I would have gone elsewhere. The company even sent me a final bill for work I have yet to see over the course of the four months and 5K spent. I waited to do this review without emotion. I do hope that if you are using this firm that your experience is better than mine.

Coughenour & Associates are taxes and bookkeeping made easy. Wayne's staff has always provided worry free service. They are available, we get our questions answered, and they are very professional. They really work well with us.
