Have been trying to get my correct tax returns for weeks at this point. They keep sending the same incorrect info 3 or 4 times now and blaming their software - which could be true but they need to find a way to correct it. They have missed every self-imposed deadline that they have given me. Extremely slow communication and no one actually communicates with each other as to what is going on. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for tax services.
