Quentin and his staff are the best and make me comfortable as a small business owner that my billing issues are done right and in compliance with the applicable laws. They keep current on changes and provide advice that keeps my business on the right track. I recommend Quentin to any of my friends that need professional, top notch, notary and accounting services
