Noreen has been very knowledgeable. But otherwise my experience with other staff has been Very unprofessional and rude. Please don’t have questions because you will be met with disgruntled remarks and disrespect. I would highly NOT recommend. I love supporting black businesses but this place has been very disappointing. Lesson learned

L & N has been processing my taxes for years! Noreen and her staff are professionals and only has your best interest in mind! Noreen is very knowledgeable and will do everything to make sure you understand what you can and cannot do, I really would not know what I would do without her! When I have called or emailed her, she has always responded right back to me, even in the off season! Yes, I still have questions throughout the year, and she has always been available!

Very unprofessional and lacks communication. Promises of callbacks are never fulfilled. I recommend you all do your due diligence and find someone who is willing to understand that you’re asking for a professional service and not expecting a handout. Supporting black business becomes a problem when the expectation of customer service is not a priority!!!
