I have used WEC for over 7 years now and have found them to be easy to work with, thorough and proactive in guidance on new regulations that would save me money in my businesses. When I was informed of an audit, Paul and associates met the auditor at my business and promptly took care of the entire thing with zero stress on my part. They are invaluable.
Great company.
WEC did our taxes for years. This year - without warning and right before tax season... they sent a form letter stating that their "business had changed" and they would no longer be doing our taxes. Business relationships take a long time to cultivate. As a long term client, we should have received a phone call and explanation. Short-term notice and a form letter doesn't cut it in my book. WEC will perform... but with delayed responsiveness and superficial true thoughtfulness about your business / personal tax needs.
My wife works there and she loves it. As far as service it was a great experience thanks WEC!
