Angela messed up my taxes by failing to submit all documents that was handed to her. Why pay almost $500 just for them to screw you over? I reviewed my paperwork and realized that something was wrong. They verified the error, and fixed it, also, said they were going to reimburse the fees which almost $500. I'm still waiting on my taxes because of that error, they also failed to reimburse me, like they said. They basically lied to my face.. yessss I've given them more than enough time, that is why I'm writing this review.

How you guys told me you don't have to file cryptocurrency and you charged me 374 $ for file my paper and all my income 17000 $ years...how you told me the first time you going to file grubhub and doordash taxes ( 1099 ) and the most big problem you told me you don't have to file my cryptocurrency and now I got mail from irs about my crypto. This location no experience ...plus charged me 374 $ for nothing.
