For over a month, I have been trying to have two simple 1040 returns amended. Out of the 3 times I called, only once was I able to speak with someone. They were friendly and professional, which is why I am giving 2 stars. I provided my information and was told that someone would reach out to me to schedule a consultation, but nobody ever did. I left another voicemail after that and haven’t heard back for close to 2 weeks. It is rare to actually get ahold of someone when calling, and calls are not returned in a timely manner or at all. Very disappointing, considering the positive reviews that others have left. I expected better service, or at least some acknowledgement.

Mr. Pope is the best CPA I've ever met. Highly professional and personable, I have been a client of his for some years and couldn't imagine someone else preparing my taxes. The younger Mr. Pope is of the same ilk.
