I would not recommend Cross Country as a great company to work at just based on there recruiting process and how they treat there potential employees. I went through a month long interview process, talked to directors, staff and had great reviews. I get a call that I got the job and a few days later they say “sorry I don’t have enough space but I marked you down with a green light by your name for when we’re ready to hire again”. After you wasted a month of my time? This is just shady to me and people are going through a pandemic where there looking for jobs and have so many other responsibilities so when you get your time wasted it’s a little misfortunate. APPLY to a different company that values potential employees and does not waste there time by retracting offers. A simple “no” and no need to go through the interview process would have been fine with me early on. Saying “yes” then receiving a great offer then retracting it is disgusting. It shows the companies character.. I’m thinking how do they treat there poetential employees? Like there about to lose there job? Nope. Look elsewhere.

Vikki managed to get me, a self-employed single mom, a cash-out re-fi at a great rate for a remodel, DURING SHUTDOWN! She's amazing...knows her stuff...is hard working and fair. She loves to help people and it shows!
