You ladies are cool, not all of you who work here told me that I was going to get some money back and at the same time the IRS. They sent me a bill that they were going to have to pay the IRS and the ladies of this place never answered me, if you go, be careful about filing taxes with the old woman called Kimberly Venezuelan, it had to be!!!!!!! I spoke to them about 5 times and they only told me that the lady was busy and that they were going to call me back, which they never did, and even worse, when I went to file the taxes, the lady didnt really notice my documents and had put my name in. wrong and if I didnt pay attention to what she was doing I would have had more problems than Im already in.

I do not recommend doing taxes in this place at all, they do not know how to do their job, they are only interested in charging for doing the procedure, they did a very bad transaction for me which I asked THE MANAGER before doing it and he assured me that I would have no problem To do it, he did not take the time to review my daughters documents, much less mine. Now the IRS is auditing me and I have to pay a large amount of money. I have gone to the office to help me solve it and they simply do not want to help me with the problem that they themselves caused. I dont know how there can be a place with such bad service. They should close it. They only steal money from people. Find another place to do your taxes, maybe they will charge a little more but you wont have problems with the IRS!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for years now. Family and friends too I definitely recommend this place! I always ask for Ozzy he’s the best explains everything and answers what ever question you may have.
