Called to inquire about services and left a voice-mail and never got a call back, then i called 3 days later and dont answer again so i hang up and immediately called right back and what do you know surprise surprise they answer. But couldnt return a call nor answer the first time. And just so everyone know they do charge $500 period to do anything im sure other stuff and more complicated returns probably cost more but for a personal file they wanted $500 bucks when i know of the first 2 accountant offices i called others only charged 150 and 200 so they seem to also be REALLY expensive for just a simple ole w2 return

I could not leave a review high enough to express how AMAZING everyone is in Valley Marvel Tax. We had an unbelievable experience with our former CPA. He quit out of no where and when we tried to pick it up and go from there we found that our Quick Books were in such a state that it couldn’t be resolved in any way shape or form. We live in CA but my sister and her husband live in VA and with trying to find someone who could start us all over again because we had to just let our past accounting there and created a new QB account and begin from nothing and begin again for both 2020 & 2021. Our tax returns were not for both years. They couldn’t be. The quick books were such a mess they couldn’t be salvaged and we couldn’t find anyone who could take this project on. And for months of searching I called my sister to see who was caring for their books because they own a business too. Thankfully we could work with anyone on line. No one could fit that many hours in. However CJ was recommend to me by his former employer who was trying to help me find but couldn’t take it on. So to say meeting CJ was a blessing. They were the only ones who would take it on. It was such a blessing I call them our miracle. There is simply no other way to say this. They took the project on and worked thru having COVID and recreated it all and then filed our taxes for both years and are now on our 22’! All while doing it with very few questions. What they did for us even 3000 miles away is astounding! I could never ever say a bad word and hope this long review is read. There are NO words to fully express how much I trust, love, and value these people. But I pray you hire them. Because I know that this business and CJ and his wife Maxine (the owners) are exceptional people and are so dedicated to their customers and are exception in EVERY WAY! I could not recommend them enough. They deserve every possible success I know is ahead for them and their employees. It’s been an honor to be their client. And even that doesn’t cover what I feel for them! It’s beyond words!!! 🙏🏼💛 Thanksgiving is this week and as I count my blessing they will be the very top of my list!!
