They were the best accountants Ive ever met. Friendly consultation is basic, and even though I called late, the service was handled quickly. When reporting my taxes, I was informed of various ways to deduct taxes and found a method that suited my situation. I gained trust as they shared the tax return preparation process from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

I am new to VA (moved late last year). I needed a CPA that I could trust and work with in the future for filing my Taxes. I found Mr. Kang through these high google reviews. I worked with Mr. Kang and he was able to help me through the process, while making sure I followed all of the rules. Mr. Kang is very professional, and efficient in all he does. I will continue my business with Mr. Kang going forward.

Reached out on 3/15/2023 via the website and received a prompt response, which was great. Spoke with Michael later that day to get a ~5 min run down on their process for tax prep services and costs. Unfortunately that was the end of my good experience with this firm: - Emailed on 3/16/2023 letting them know Id like to move forward. - Never got a response so txted Michael on 3/20/2023. - Still no response so left a voicemail on 3/21/2023. Finally got a txt message from Michael on 2/22/2023 letting me know they just stopped taking new clients for tax year 2022, and Perhaps next year?. Really lousy experience that could have been avoided had they just been upfront from the get go. Best of luck if you choose to work with them.
