I worked with Bruce for many years for the preparation of our personal and small business tax returns. All of a sudden last year, without any warning, he refused to file our returns, answer my emails or return my phone calls. I own two small business's and know that is not how you treat a long-term client. Bruce turned out to be extremely unprofessional!

Non-responsive, unethical, and will cut and run when anything is questioned! Can't even get the guy to answer his phone or email!
