SWVA Tax and Accounting Services has been preparing the family taxes for quite a while now and has proven to be competent, accurate, transparent, and thorough. This year they introduced a new state of the art system which is helping the client as well as the preparer. I appreciated the use of TaxDome. It was very straightforward and user friendly. Some feedback to improve customer service: it would be courteous to ask and get confirmation from your customers before setting them up for auto draft, as well as confirm you have the correct account that you are drafting from. Payment for services was auto drafted from an incorrect account and was essentially refused to be refunded due to Elisa not wanting to pay another transaction fee. In my opinion, since it was her error I believe she should have been the one to correct it. Instead, it was made to be my issue to resolve. I did not appreciate that. Looking back I should have been more assertive to have her rectify the issue. Learning experience.
