Andrea was unhelpful and rude continually when providing tax advice and estimates. She also provided me incorrect information regarding my tax liability. I did my own taxes until a couple of years ago when my financial situation became a bit more complex. I turned to Andrea MacDonald and Pro Tax and will never go back to doing it myself. They are professional, responsive, and really good at what they do. While it's true that you can go elsewhere and pay less, it's also true that you usually get what you pay for.
